• Friendly Staff, Poor 'Blow Dry' (Rating 2.6/5)

  Welcomed and taken on time. My hair was matted after it being washed which worried me as my haor never reacts like that! I had booked a bouncy blow dry and instead my hair was blow dried with a tangle teazer flat to my hair with no volume then tonged. I booked this as a treat to myself to feel nice for a night out but left feeling like it was nothing I couldn't have done myself. The staff were lovely, I enjoyed my time and my complimentary tea but I did not get what I asked for, very disappointing.

  Had another fab colour treatment alongside a cut and blow dry. Jen and the other girls are always friendly, attentive and listen to your ideas to help create the look. A great service all round, keep up the good work Jennifer & Girls x
