I really enjoyed my treatment - especially on a freezing cold day (Rating 4.6/5)

The premises were very clean and tidy. Staff were warm and welcoming. I felt looked after and my hot stone massage was perfect! Would definitely go back.

We cant wait to return (Rating 4.8/5)

Was surprised that facilities were able to be used ... use of pool and sauna was good. 1 hour of a treatment made to feel relaxed and always aware the pressure may be too firm however was a great full body massage. Can't wait to return. And lunch 2 course was outstanding.

Lovely birthday gift (Rating 3.6/5)

Sascha was so friendly and made me feel very at ease. Treatment was carried out very professionally have no concerns there. However think it is very overpriced would not have paid that price - it was a voucher I used. No leisure facilities included nor lunch so all in all wouldn’t go back but that is not a reflection on therapist just the spa itself.

"This was so disappointing. I spent more on this spa expecting it to be really nice. The spa/pool/changing area is very old and grotty. Not inviting at all. Although I had booked my treatment for 11am, they said I couldn't be taken until 12, so I had an hour to spend at the pool beforehand. My massage was good and the girl was very friendly. Unfortunately it was very noisy, especially the toilet which makes a horribly loud noise when it flushes, so I couldn't really hear the spa music - not very relaxing atmosphere when having a massage."

Dingy spa, worst facial I’ve ever had (Rating 1.8/5)

Got there 2hrs prior to treatment so we could have a leisurely lunch was still waiting to be served main course when we had to go get our treatments so didn’t get the rest of our lunch.
