In-depth treatments catering for my individual needs. Some of the steam rooms weren’t working. Welcoming staff.

Full spa day experience (Rating 4.8/5)

The treatment and therapist was amazing. The female changing rooms were a bit disappointing - not all lockers had the robes and towels, soap and shower gel was empty. Nowhere to hang towel/robe while in shower so I had to leave things either outside it over the door and they got wet. Would def go back for treatments and afternoon tea. But would like to see better standard in changing room.

Surprise treat (Rating 4/5)

It had been a few years since my last visit to the spa. There have been changes in that the relaxation room is now near the pool with floor to ceiling windows allowing a view to the pool. Hot water for teas was tepid and I had to ask the person at the desk to refresh this. Cold water was not cold but I did not bring this to her attention. Spa staff were so nice and massages were delightful. Staff in the bar area of the main hotel where lunch is served were fabulous, they were so attentive and friendly but at the same time professional. Lovely experience and we had a lovely relaxing time. Thanks to all staff who attended us in both areas.

Nice Day Out (Rating 4.2/5)

Mar Hall Spa Day and Afternoon Tea with Bubbly was nice. The Hot Stones treatment was excellent, however we didn't use the Spa facilities. I would definitely recommend treatment. The afternoon tea was enjoyable but I would say average and overpriced (I've had nicer else where).
